Information we may handle
Depending on how you engage with us, this may include contact details, CVs and employment history, skills and qualifications, interview feedback, hiring requirements, and recruitment-related communications. We ask that you provide only information relevant to the purpose of the conversation.
How we use information
We use information to assess and discuss career opportunities, support recruitment assignments, manage client relationships, communicate about relevant services, and meet reasonable legal, operational, and record-keeping obligations.
Sharing information
Candidate information is shared with a prospective client only when it is appropriate to the recruitment process and with the candidate’s knowledge or authority. We do not sell personal information.
Website and WhatsApp inquiries
Our website contact form prepares a WhatsApp message for your review. The website does not automatically send or store that message. You choose whether to send it through WhatsApp; once sent, WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for recruitment, client-service, legal, operational, and relationship-management purposes. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise, or securely archive it as appropriate. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards to protect confidential information.
Your questions and choices
You may contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or raise a privacy concern. We will consider and respond to requests in accordance with applicable requirements and our legitimate business obligations.
